Hall limps through practice; Glenn says it's nothing to fear.
Breece Hall took a groin strain during practice today. It's the kind of small hurt that can loom large in the middle of a season—the thing you feel, the thing you report, the thing everyone holds their breath about. Aaron Glenn, the Jets head coach, moved quickly to downsize the worry: "I don't think it was a big deal," he told reporters. That's the read from the building right now. A strain, not a tear. A day of caution, not a months-long absence. For a running back whose health has never been a given, even a minor strain lands differently. But Glenn's tone suggested this one clears by next week.
