Before a game at AT&T Stadium, Jameis Winston worked the railing.

Winston has spent a long time in this league — long enough to know what it means to be on the other side of that barrier, a kid in a jersey pressing against the fence. He signed autographs and leaned in, unhurried, while young fans in New York Giants gear watched like they couldn't quite believe he was real.

The video the NFL shared caught one kid in particular, face painted, completely starstruck. Winston kept going. Nobody got brushed off.

This is the kind of thing that disappears if nobody films it. Somebody did.
