Nacua broke out fast with the Los Angeles Rams — the kind of first-year moment that turns a fifth-round pick into someone the whole league is watching. That kind of arrival comes with weight, and the off-season that followed was a challenging one by his own telling.

So he started writing. Not for anyone else — just the practice of putting things down, sitting with them, moving through. He says it helped.
