Rodgers fires at Fauci, and the response lands right back

Aaron Rodgers has never been shy about his opinions — on football or much else. Since arriving in Pittsburgh, he has settled into a new quarterback room and a reportedly complicated reunion with coach Mike McCarthy, who he worked with before. One teammate compared the dynamic to a couple that broke up and then found their way back to each other. That alone is enough to keep an eye on.

But Rodgers stepped well outside the sideline this week, making public comments that called Dr. Anthony Fauci a coward. An attorney representing Fauci heard it, and told Rodgers, plainly, to get back to football.
