Training camp is where reputations get made quietly, away from the bright lights, in front of coaches who are watching very carefully. On August 4, Barryn Sorrell gave them something to watch.

Sorrell is a defensive back trying to earn a spot with the Green Bay Packers — the kind of player who doesn't have a long public record yet, just a chance to go prove something in the summer heat. That's what made Tuesday matter.
