Cornerback
Nazeeh Johnson
No. 13 · 5th season
Two rings in Kansas City, and now Nazeeh Johnson starts over in Nashville
Some players build a career on the plays everyone sees. Nazeeh Johnson built his on the ones most fans miss.
Johnson spent his time with the Kansas City Chiefs doing the work that doesn't show up on a highlight reel — covering kicks, holding down the back end of the defense, and doing it well enough to earn two Super Bowl rings. He racked up 66 tackles and even added a sack, the kind of quiet production that keeps a roster spot alive for years.
Now he's heading to the Tennessee Titans, signing as a free agent after his time in Kansas City ended. The deal was announced by his representation.
For a team looking to shore up its defense and special teams, Johnson is exactly the type of player that matters in January. He knows what winning looks like up close, and that's not nothing.
The rings are his. The next chapter is just getting started.
